We combine the kicking techniques of martial arts and the punching and jabbing of boxing into an energizing, fast-pace, 45-minute cardiovascular workout. Kickboxing easy to learn and is totally different from any workout you have ever experienced. It’s a workout you’ll look forward to everyday!
Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is an awesome fat-burning, heart pumping, total body workout! Classes are taught by martial arts and kickboxing experts to give you a dynamic cardiovascular workout. We teach high-energy cardio kickboxing classes that employ real and proper technique giving you a fun and safe workout and a solid foundation in kickboxing.

Power Bands and Muscle Conditioning
Resistance training is a great way to tone up, increase strength and keep fit without putting unnecessary stress on the joints. By adding resistance training to your workouts, you will build long, lean, symmetrically flexible muscle and burn unwanted fat more efficiently. The power bands and hand weights provide an excellent means to isolate, strengthen, and quicken the various muscle groups in the body. Burn baby burn and you too will have nicely sculpted arms and toned legs.
Kickbox Bootcamp
Kickbox Bootcamp blends the principles & techniques of martial arts with traditional group fitness. Learn kickboxing skills while training for better balance, flexibility, and core strength. Not only will you master the techniques of a variety of martial arts moves, but you will also receive a great cardiovascular workout! This upbeat, high-intensity, and dynamic interval training class will help you improve your overall fitness while having tons of fun!
